  9. Implementing personal data protection protocols.
  10. Assisting with program administrative meetings, university-level meetings, and annual report compilation.
  11. Managing admissions-related processes.
  12. Assisting in compiling, managing, and verifying Deep Cultivation Project data.
  13. Supporting the Steering Committee and documenting its meetings.
  14. Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

  1. Supporting the Curriculum Committee and documenting its meetings (including regulation development and revision).
  2. Supporting the Internship Committee and documenting its meetings (including regulation development and revision).
  3. Managing recruitment, contracts, salary approvals, and course insurance for student workers and teaching assistants.
  4. Handling curriculum-related tasks (course scheduling, interdepartmental required course enrollment, course changes, graduation qualification reviews, etc.).
  5. Assisting in compiling, managing, and verifying Deep Cultivation Project data.
  6. Tracking the program’s carbon footprint.
  7. Completing institutional database entries, global ranking surveys, and related questionnaires.
  8. Supporting program quality assurance meetings and documenting their proceedings.
  9. Overseeing space management, equipment maintenance, and access control setup.
  10. Maintaining the program website and managing network resources.
  11. Executing information security management tasks.
  12. Coordinating with student internship providers and arranging insurance coverage.
  13. Organizing student internship orientation events and reporting outcomes.
  14. Assisting in organizing curriculum-related seminars and verifying associated expenses.
  15. Carrying out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
